I have a web hotel account that has been in use for a while, recently I asked my provider to add 30 new domains to this webhotel as virtual hosts, which they say they have done. However when I look in the web hotel using SmartFTP I see no folders listed for each new domain which on previous occassions times when they have set up virtual host I have done. They say I need to create an index file in my www file to tell each page where to look. This however is beyond my knowledge - could somebody be so kind as to tell me how to make this index, or whether I should go back to them!

I%26#039;d go back to them and ask them what has changed since the last time. Obviously you didn%26#039;t have a problem before ?
