Paid services for sendspace, mediafire or megaupload?

I need to email huge files to clients, usually psd files of my tarpaulin designs and posters or powerpoint designs with music and heavy images. I am thinking of purchasing an account with file hosting sites.

I don%26#039;t want to buy a domain because that would be too time consuming. So can anyone suggest which file hosting site provides better/faster service: sendspace, mediafire or megaupload? Or are there other suggestions?

Please provide feedback on their paid services, not the free ones. Thanks.
