Help with php?

I bought a script from pbpfox, I%26#039;m having so much trouble with my FTP and everything else. I also have my domain name and I also have hosting.

But anyway, my question is how do I build my website. I was under the impression that I can upload the files in the script via FTP and after that I can go into my cpanel and file manager and manage the site from there and i will have a website.

Is this true or do i need to build a website elsewhere and then import the scripts or what.

I need help uploading the script files to my hosting company. I have been having some problems with this for the last 5 days with no luck.

I have no idea what I%26#039;m doing but with good instruction i will be able to do it. I eventually will enroll in some type of class to learn the language that make a site works really well,

I%26#039;m trying to build a social network site for my clients. I don%26#039;t have the money to hire someone to do it, unless it%26#039;s under a $100, just to get it going and i can take it from there/ HELP

If your host supports PHP then you should be able to simply upload the PHP files to a directory.

Read the readme.txt or other documentation for instructions on setting up the MySQL database (i%26#039;m assuming it uses on if it%26#039;s a social network script) and changing any of the .inc files.
