Where can I host my website for free?

I made one using notepad. and I want to host it for free.

I know that domain names cost money and there are no free ones, but please answer only if you know of a website that gives you a free subdomain. I will report you if you tell me that domains cost money , cause I know that.

You can upload your site via cPanel Access using internet explorer or ftp using filezilla
