I have a blog (my own domain) but I have no access to add meta tags... is it possible to get hosting somewhere to access my sites main %26lt;html%26gt;%26lt;head%26gt; etc.?

If you have your own domain, but you cannot access your own site through a cPanel or admin area, then y ou need to ditch the current host and get hosting elsewhere. Have the sites moved over. Something the new host will do for you, as they will contact the old host and have everything transferred over to their servers.
