Is there a web host that allows me to upload my own HTML?

The Web Host has to support Javascript, PHP, and CSS because I have already built a site that uses them all.

I am only making a site as a hobby so the web host also has to be free.

The domain name they give me must be easy to remember. www.whatever.com/mysitename

Please do not answer with FreeWebs because they do not offer PHP
