I don%26#039;t think there%26#039;s a such thing. And if there is, it would have horrible support. (Such as going down constantly). But, you could get a freewebs and use a .tk address so it would be like:

www.yourwebsitenamehere.tk

And use HTML to delete the ads placed on there by Freewebs, and the same for .Tk

Note:

Then you can host your website at your home only.

You probably just need to have dynamic dns access, and you can host your site at home.
